The Game:

It's can't be done" you exclaim. This is sure to get your marks attention. "There is no way it can be done." after saying this a few times the question of what the heck you are talking about is sure to come up. You can't pick up a shot of whiskey without spilling a drop. Your mark is sure to think he can, and the challenge starts. The whiskey is poured, and you go over the rules. You can't spill a drop, I won't push you or anything like that. They will of course say okay. Well why don't you put your money where your mouth is, a bet is made. Who could say no, it sounds so easy.

Well okay theres no big surprise or something just I haven't blogged in a while. Been doing lots since my last blog! Lets see, I had my first gig which was totally awesome! Great experience! I have purchased much more haha and most of those have been reviewed. Getting really hooked on Tarbells lately! I has sooo much stuff it isn't funny, everything from sleight of hand to mentalism to stage illusions and everything in between and not only that has a tonne of good advice on all types of theory ect! For something so old its seems very modern to me when reading it! Single greatest purchase ever! I don't know how I could ever review them... all I could say is BUY NOW! Such a great investment. Some more things... well I am doing the club stage show which is totally wicked! will be great experience as I've never done a stage routine before! I have also come up with a genius idea for a silent to music stage routine for myself (a short one, like 10mins or so) which i only need to figure out a WOW ending for it and get some good royalty free music! I hope to get this done by the end of the year to enter it into the local talent contest. :) 

Another cool thing that has happened is I went to the Michael Finney Lecture! now this was A MA ZING! Super awesome, super funny and super nice guy! :) He didn't teach any tricks really in his lecture as it was all about performance, comedy ect, though he taught us how to make a couple nifty card gimmicks. He is touring New Zealand doing a show at the moment, hopefully I can go see one of the shows! Having raised almost $1 000 000 for kids with disadvantages since 1996 he has done a LOT of giving back! Which is really cool to hear about.

Hello Tmn,

We'll It's been awhile and I have been working hard on a lot of things. One thing I've been working on is a little kit about half the size of a vhs tape. It contains everything I need to make all my effects, even to create. Now this came to me in preparation for the Nomad trip.

Something I've been noticing a lot since I got into magic is the way men view females in the world of magic.

I know loads of proposition bets, maybe too many. I was wondering if it was something TMN might be interested in. I was thinking a new prop bet every week. What is everyone's thoughts on this?

It was super! The weather wasn't that good; but we rebuilt the diningroom into a stage.
Everybody loved the show! The even said we were better than a pro they know!

I'm excited. Today we have our first performance of our new show. We've worked on it for more than a year! Friday we had our try-out and everybody was full of good words on it.

Today the weather isn't that good and the show will be in open air. So let us hope that I will not rain!

Wow! Its been a while since I last blogged. kinda going through withdrawal.  So here is what I've gone through so far this month...where to begin?

Well let me first start my saying a HUGH THANK YOU To V and all the staff at TMN for having selected me as member of the month for July.  I had the opportunity to purchase some great magic from ExoMagic thanks to the helpful guidance of Alex from ExoMagic.  I received Audio and Liquid Metal.  I will be doing reviews on them both soon.  

I had joined the month before, but with only a few days left of the month. So July was the first full month. And what a month it was!

I have been warmly welcomed by all the members here at TMN. It's a great site, with even better people.

Today is the close of the first full month of me actively using my TMN membership.  I had opened the account here several months ago and didn't do much with it.  Last month I decided to see what I can do here and how it can help me.  I have to say Ive been blown away!

What took me so long to really embrace this experience I will never understand.  This last month has been monumental for me.  I have had so many people share their wisdom, encouragement, and wit.  I enjoy reading replys to my blogs, comments, pics, & Videos.  I have used the momentum to go ahead and advertise my site here, create and edit 2 new videos thanks to everyones input, and take several other steps towards taking my career to the next level.
